This past weekend, Faith Powell represented Stover Middle School at the American Choral Director's Association (ACDA) State Honor Choir Festival at Anderson University. She competed with other students in the Spring of the year and was one of 300 students selected to the middle School choir out of over 700 students who auditioned across the state. Selected students work with college professors over the course of two days on music previously learned at their home schools. After a two day clinic, students put on a concert performing for parents, faculty, and the entire SCACDA chapter. Faith will have the option to audition for the regional, and national choir later this year. Congratulations Faith!

    Principal's Message

I would like to welcome you to the Leslie M. Stover Middle School website! Stover Middle School is comprised of three grades (6-8) with approximately 630 students. Our vision for this year centers around a "caring school" that wants to encourage students to become "can do" learners. We have three key beliefs associated with this vision.
